Objective: Poseidon Private Investigations was tasked with recovering $15 million in assets and funds after the untimely suicide of a Ponzi schemer. Through the use of surveillance, computer forensics, interviews and interrogation, we were able to successfully identify and locate over $12 million of assets.
Results: Through legal means, namely through the probate and civil court system, our client re-acquired its lost funds and saved a lot of face before its Board of Directors and investors to say the least!
